A Directory of Support Services has been developed for prisoners about to be released to help ease their re-entry from custody back into the community.
The directory has information about essential support services - like finding a place to live, finding a job, speaking to people about relationship issues, or helping you to keep on top of personal problems.
It includes a list of agencies referral points for a range of support services. All these organisations can provide access valuable community services.
