The Department's Strategic Plan 2008-2011 "Securing the Future" builds the foundation for all Corrective Services' work. It clearly articulates our mission, outcomes and values and it documents our key result areas and priority strategies. The Strategic Plan is reviewed annually and a new plan is developed every 3 years.
