In accord with Government policy, the Department wants to integrate a stronger customer focus into its operations by placing a greater emphasis on:
- determining who our customers are
- seeking feedback from customers to understand their needs and expectations and
- striving to improve service delivery to meet customer needs.
To achieve this, we are reviewing our existing customer service policies. These will be placed on-line as soon as they become available.
