The Department of the Corrective Services monitors and coordinates the development of Corrective Services-related legislation. It specifically tracks all proposed amendments for legislation that fall within the portfolio responsibilities of the Minister for Justice.
Access to Western Australian legislation and statutory information is available on the State Law Publisher's website, www.slp.wa.gov.au. The service is free and provides access to all current legislation and a range of other statutory information.
